WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

When Shrewdness Wins the Day
Dan Miller in his book No More Dreaded Mondays tells a delightful story about a farmer many years ago in a village in India who had the misfortune of owing a large sum of money to the village moneylender. The old and ugly moneylender fancied the farmer’s beautiful daughter, so he proposed a bargain. He would forgive the farmer’s debt if he could marry the farmer’s daughter.

Both the farmer and his daughter were horrified by the proposal, but the cunning moneylender suggested that they let providence decide the matter. He told them that he would put a black pebble and a white pebble into an empty money bag. The girl would have to reach in and pick one pebble from the bag. If she picked the black pebble, she would become his wife and her father’s debt would be forgiven. If she picked the white pebble, she need not marry him and her father’s debt would still be forgiven. If she refused to pick a pebble, her father would be thrown into jail until the debt was paid.

They were standing on a pebble-strewn path in the farmer’s field. As they talked, the moneylender bent over to pick up two pebbles. The sharp-eyed girl noticed that he had picked up two black pebbles and put them into the bag. He then asked the girl to pick a pebble. Now, imagine that you were the girl standing in the field. What would you have done?

If you had to advise her, what would you have told her? Careful analysis would produce three possibilities: (1) the girl could refuse to take a pebble–but her father would then be thrown in jail. (2) The girl could pick a black pebble and sacrifice herself in order to save her father from debt and imprisonment. Or (3) the girl could pull out both black pebbles in the bag, expose the moneylender as a cheat, and likely incite his immediate revenge.

Here is what the girl did. She put her hand into the money bag and drew out a pebble. Without looking at it, she fumbled and let it fall onto the pebble-strewn path, where it immediately became lost among all the other pebbles. “Oh, how clumsy of me,” she said. “But never mind, if you look into the bag for the one that is left, you will be able to tell which pebble I picked.” Since the remaining pebble was black, it would have to be assumed that she had picked the white one. And since the moneylender dared not admit his dishonesty, the girl would have changed what seemed an impossible situation into an extremely advantageous one.

Don’t we all love stories where the good guy uses his or her wit and cunning to defeat a villain? It may disturb us when a villain uses that same wit and cunning. And yet Jesus once told his disciples a parable about a dishonest man who did just that.

This Sunday morning, Wendy Kvale will be preaching from this text that tells a similar story. It will be huge. I will be doing a homecoming service at Mesopotamia Methodist Church in Gaffney SC. The have wanted me to come for the past 2 years.

Wishing you a great experience with God this Sunday in Church or online.

Your Pastor,
Nels

Stewardship

Dear Church Family,
Believe it or not, there is much more to McCormick Methodist Church than what you see on Sunday morning! (Girl Scouts, Bible Studies, needlework, Stephen Ministry, a grocery pantry for our neighbors, building projects, and so much more.) All of these things are planned and prepared by leadership, staff and church family, who are deeply committed to our becoming who God is calling us to be. The ministry and mission of our church take place because of the spiritual and financial gifts of our members and friends.

The decision to give a gift is a choice, but as a joyful follower of Jesus, we want to give – out of thanksgiving for what God has already done, and as a sign of commitment to be a part of the good things that God is continuing to do in our world.

Your gift matters – to you as the giver, and to the church which uses it as a resource for mission building.
As a church family, we are entering a time of deciding what missions we will support in the coming year. There is joy to be found in practicing generosity- and it begins with a simple step of commitment to be part of God’s plan for us.

Our prayer is that you will be with us during our Joy of Giving drive for 2026, maybe share a personal ‘joy of giving’ thought on 10/12, and be present for our Service and Fellowship Celebration on October 19th!

Blessings from your Stewardship team.

The Congregational Care Committee wants you to know they are there to help you if you ever need transportation, meals or a visitor! Please contact Kim Jackson if you or someone you know needs help or if you would like to be added to the list of volunteers.

Volunteers Needed for Congregational Care Team

Dear Church Family,

One of the most powerful ways we reflect the love of Christ is by caring for one another in times of need. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, facing a difficult season, or navigating a time of grief, small
acts of kindness—like a hot meal, a ride to an appointment, or a friendly visit—can make a world of difference.

We are currently building a list of volunteers who are willing to step in when needs arise. You don’t need to commit to every request—just let us know how you feel called to help:

Meal Ministry – Provide or deliver a home-cooked or store-bought meal to someone in need.

Transportation Help – Offer rides to church, appointments, or errands for those unable to drive.

Visitation Ministry – Visit homebound members or those in the hospital or care facilities to provide companionship and encouragement.

If you’re willing to be on our list of helpers in any of these areas, please send Kim Jackson an email  or add
your name/email to the sign-up sheet in Fellowship Hall.

You’ll be contacted as needs arise, with the opportunity to accept or decline depending on your schedule.

Let’s continue being the hands and feet of Jesus—loving one another well in both big and small ways.

In Christ’s love,
Your Congregational Care Team

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

How Will the Church Be Lighted?

James W. Moore, tells this story:

Several centuries ago in a mountain village in Europe, a wealthy nobleman wondered what legacy he should leave to his townspeople. He made a good decision. He decided to build them a church. No one was permitted to see the plans or the inside of the church until it was finished. At its grand opening, the people gathered and marveled at the beauty of the new church. Everything had been thought of and included. It was a masterpiece.

But then someone said, “Wait a minute! Where are the lamps? It is really quite dark in here. How will the church be lighted?” The nobleman pointed to some brackets in the walls, and then he gave each family a lamp, which they were to bring with them each time they came to worship.

“Each time you are here” the nobleman said, “the place where you are seated will be lighted. Each time you are not here, that place will be dark. This is to remind you that whenever you fail to come to church, some part of God’s house will be dark.”

That’s a poignant story, isn’t it? And it makes a very significant point about the importance of our commitment and loyalty to the church. The poet Edward Everett Hale put it like this:
I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, But still I can do something; And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something I can do.

What if every member of your church supported the church just as you do? What kind of church would you have? What if every single member served the church, attended the church, loved the church, shared the church, and gave to the church exactly as you do? What kind of church would you be?

I will be looking for your light this coming Sunday!

See you in Church or online.

Your Pastor,
Nels

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

Making God Proud

A school bus was making its final round of the day. A young boy jumped off just as a man jogged by. “Hey, mister,” the boy shouted, “can I jog with you?” The
jogger wasn’t in a hurry so he nodded and the boy joined in jogging. Within five minutes the boy gave the jogger pretty much his whole life story. His name was
Matthew, he was ten years old, precocious and full of life. Abruptly, however, Matthew stopped. “Look at this,” he ordered as he showed the jogger an 81/2 by 11 inch piece of paper that had been laminated. In big black letters across the top it said, “Fourth Grade Math Whiz”. Underneath was Matthew’s name, the school name,
the date and the teacher’s signature. His pride was undaunted. “I’m a math whiz,” he went on beaming, not waiting for the jogger to come to that conclusion by
reading the card only inches from his face. “Last year my sister was the math whiz,” he continued, “but this year, I’m the math whiz!” “That’s great,” the man replied. “Yep,” said Matthew, “but you know what’s really great? When I get home, my Dad’s gonna be real proud.” And isn’t that what we all really want? We want to make our fathers proud
and our mothers proud. We want to earn the esteem of family members and business colleagues and friends at church. And that’s fine. But more important than all of
these, says Jesus, is to make God proud of us. We do that when we look around to see those who are helpless, hurting, the destitute and do something for those who can
do nothing for us in return. It’s all right to want to be one of the beautiful people, says Jesus, as long as you understand who the beautiful people really are. They are
not those who are always buying more trinkets than their neighbors. They are those who are using the blessings of life to bless others. May we show McCormick and our neighbors how beautiful God’s people can be!

See you in Church or online this Sunday.

Your Pastor,
Nels

CREIGHTON SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

The Creighton Scholarship was established in memory of Elmer R. and Alma G. Creighton by their son, W. P. Creighton. It provides financial assistance for higher education needs of qualified high school students entering college. This year we have three recipients:

Brooks Garner, grandson of Robert and Marsha Garner, has enrolled at the University of Georgia with BBA Management as his intended major.

Tikvah Karnes, great niece of former members Earl and Karen Wright, has enrolled at the School of Missionary Aviation Technology. Her goal is to follow in her father’s footsteps and fly missionary flights delivering needed supplies to Haiti, Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas.

Caroline Thomas, granddaughter of Patsy Wilson has enrolled at Clemson University and plans to major in Occupational Therapy and work with children.

Since the recipients have already started their fall semester they will not be able to be with us in person. We have extended an invitation to all three to visit us at any time so we can meet them.

We wish all three recipients success in their endeavors and in their careers.

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

PRAISE THE LORD!

A Christian salesman was in a strange town over the weekend, so on Sunday morning he went to the church closest to his hotel. He noticed that the worship was a little different but soon became so inspired by the sermon that at one point he just couldn’t control himself and shouted out loud, “Hallelujah!” as he had been accustomed to doing in his home church. Not noticing the stares of his fellow worshipers, he shouted, “Praise the Lord!” when another stirring sentence came along. After this second outburst, an usher came forward, tapped the man on the shoulder, and whispered sternly, “Nobody can praise the Lord in this church.” -John Krahn

A Christian should be a Hallelujah from head to toe. Long faces, stooped shoulders, the downward glance are products of a life foreign to Christianity. Much of the church must begin to realize that Christianity is more than breast beating and pious pretense.

At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit came into the church. POW! The Holy Spirit arrived in full power. God rocked that band of fearful, squeaky, sometime-followers right out of their inactivity. Out they came from behind locked doors – right into the streets – telling about Jesus.

The placenta was now broken, the labor subsided and the church was born. Peter and John stood in the market place telling everyone who would listen that Jesus was the Lord. And nobody and nothing except death itself could quiet them.

Hey Christians, listen! Our God is a happening God. He belongs to the living present, the passing moment, the now. His powerful Spirit wants to make its impact upon our lives. God wants to happen in us.

Let him in and your whole being will “Praise the Lord!”

See You in Church or online this Sunday! Praise the Lord!

Your Pastor,
Nels

THE CHURCH’S MISSION–A PARABLE

Pastor Philip Anderson tells this heart wrenching story: Not long ago I visited my sister, a director of patient services for the children’s unit of a large southern California hospital. She was conducting me on a tour through that unit. All the time, echoing through the halls, we could hear the cry of a baby coming from one of the rooms. Finally, we came to that room. It was a little child, about a year old, covered with terrible bruises, scratches, scars, from head to toe. At first, I assumed the child must have been involved in a terrible accident. Then I looked closely at its legs. Written in ink all over them were obscenities. My sister told me that the child was the victim, not of an accident, but of its parents. Its internal injuries were so severe that it couldn’t keep any food down. The scars on the bottom of its feet were burns caused by cigarettes. If you’ve ever had trouble visualizing the consequences of human indifference—the perversion of life’s basic relationships—what God himself is up against in this world of ours—I wish you could have looked with me at that battered, crying baby!

But I want to tell you what happened then. My sister leaned over the crib, and very carefully and tenderly lifted the child, and held it next to herself. At first the child screamed all the more, as if its innocent nature had come to be suspicious of every touch. But as she held it securely and warmly, the baby slowly began to quiet down. And finally, in spite of wounds and hurts and past experience, it felt the need to cry no more.

The baby remains in my memory as a living symbol of the choice we face in the mission of the church. Are we willing to let life’s most precious values be battered and starved and crucified by default? Or will we reach out and pick them up and hold them close to our hearts? The time for commitment is not next year, next month, but now!

This Sunday, our mission committee will speak to us about our missions.

See you in Church or online this Sunday.

Your Pastor,
Nels

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

Ready for His Blessing?

Carveth Mitchell shares one of his favorite stories of the great Danish philosopher, Soren Kierkegard, that concerns an emperor, touring his domain and receiving the accolades of his people. When the entourage reached the market square of one village, his carriage was surrounded by cheering villagers and peasants. To the amazement of his neighbors, one brash young farmer stepped out of the crowd and approached the emperor’s carriage.

“Give me a boon, Sire,” he pleaded. “Grant me a special blessing.”

The villagers were even more amazed at the emperor’s reply: “Of course, my good man,” he said. “Get into my carriage. Come with me. Live in my palace. Eat at my table. Marry my daughter. Be my son-in-law.”

The young man exclaimed his delight. To be the emperor’s son-in-law! Then he thought about it. No more Saturday nights at the pub with his friends. No more dirty, comfortable peasant clothes. He’d have to get dressed up. He’d have to take a bath – maybe every week. He’d have to clean his fingernails. He’d have to learn the manners of the court. He sadly shook his head and lowered his eyes. “No, Sire,” he said. “I would be too uncomfortable. It would pull me out of my comfortable customs. It would be too hard to live up to. It would take too much of me.”

“If you want to do something for me, give me a plot of ground, a farm, a house of my own; but to live in your palace, eat at your table, be your son-in-law – this is too much.” So he declined it.

You see – he wanted the emperor’s blessing; but he wanted it on his own terms. He wanted to be blessed in doing what he wanted to do – not what the emperor wanted him to do. He wanted to be blessed right where he was, not moved out of his comfortable customs. He wanted the blessing, but not the responsibility that went with it.

So when you ask God for His Blessing, will you be prepared to receive it even though it may just change your life? Change is required if we wish to be part of the Kingdom of God.

See you in Church or online so changes can be made!

Your Pastor,
Nels

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

A Way to Reach Out

David Livingstone, the famous nineteenth-century missionary and explorer, was eager to travel into the uncharted lands of Central Africa to preach the gospel. On one occasion he arrived at the edge of a large territory that was ruled by a tribal chieftain. He was instructed to stop at the perimeter and wait. According to tradition, the chief would come out to meet him there. Livingstone could go forward only after an exchange was made. The chief would choose any item of Livingstone’s personal property that caught his fancy and keep it for himself, while giving the missionary something of his own in return.

Livingstone had few possessions with him, but he obediently spread them all out on the ground–his clothes, his books, his watch, and even the goat that provided him with milk, since chronic stomach problems kept him from drinking the local water. To his dismay, the chief took the goat. In return, the chief gave him a carved stick, shaped like a walking cane.

Livingstone was most disappointed. He began to gripe to God about what he viewed as a stupid walking cane. What could it do for him, compared to the goat who kept him well? Then one of the natives explained, “That’s not a walking cane. It’s the king’s very own scepter, and with it you will find entrance to every village in our country. The king has honored you greatly.”

The native was right. God opened Central Africa to Livingstone, and as successive evangelists followed him, wave after wave of conversions occurred.

We learn that when we, as the church, find the keys to the spiritual needs of our community, it will be similar to receiving the king’s scepter. With it, new doors will open to us. Dreams we’ve had for transforming, revitalizing or strengthening your church will now have ways of becoming reality. Why? Because we will have then started to truly reach out to change McCormick to make this community better offering Jesus.

See you in Church or online, so you can leave to be a true witness of Christ!

Your Pastor,
Nels

Lay Leader Corner

I read this quote today from Sir Walter Scott:

The 3 greatest letters in the English alphabet are N – O – W. There is no time like the present. Begin NOW!!

Boy, if that doesn’t get you thinking and moving, I don’t know how to inspire you! Just think of all the things you procrastinate about, now think (yes NOW) why…and how to begin to put them into action. I hope the first thing you’ll do is pick up your Bible. Every week Nels sends out the scripture for the Sunday Sermon, start there! Be prepared for what he is going to teach you and open your hearts and minds to God and begin to build a relationship with him. If you’re in a Bible study or Sunday school class dig deeper into it. Be prepared by reading more about your topic, we’re lucky now to have so many informational sources available to us right here on our phones and computers.

Life is short, God doesn’t promise you a tomorrow only a today! NOW is the time to be a better human, to help shine God’s life here on your little piece of earth. Call someone you haven’t seen at church and check on them. Call someone you do see at church and get together with them. Great things happen in fellowship with other Christians, we’re called to gather. Put on your MMC hat or T shirt and go out into McCormick and “be all you can be!!” on the courts, the fairways, or in town. Go and do it NOW!

See you this Sunday for Communion,
Wendy Kvale

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

Living Without Hope

Tom Marcum shares this story about the gift of hope.
There was a fascinating conversation on Rush Limbaugh’s talk show a while back. Having just completed Tom Brokaw’s wonderful book The Greatest Generation, a book filled with inspiring stories of the WWII generation, Rush had taken the position that the current generation of young adults, those in their 20’s, are, for the most part, a bunch of whiners. He said that while they are constantly whining and moaning about the difficulty of their lives in fact, when compared to the hardships faced by their grandparents’ generation, they’ve actually got it easy. Their grandparents had endured truly devastating events like The Great Depression and WWII. The current crop of young adults, he concluded, doesn’t even have a clue about real hardship.

Once Rush had finished his monologue a self-professed member of this younger generation of adults called in to offer a different perspective. Bright and extremely articulate, the 23 year-old caller said that, while The Great Depression and WWII certainly created terrible hardships for the people who faced them that he, nonetheless, believed his generation faced an even greater hardship.

Limbaugh asked, “And what exactly would that be?”

The caller said, “The loss of hope.” He said that his experience indicated that many of today’s young adults had simply stopped believing that things were going to get better. They didn’t expect to live as well as their parents had lived. They weren’t expecting a brighter future. They have simply given up hope.

He said, The Great Depression, as terrible as it was, in many cases brought families together as they worked side by side in the hope of saving their families. Most of his friends, he said, grew up in families in complete disarray and have given up the hope of ever having a real family experience of their own.

He said, WWII was a terrible event that obviously cost thousands of Americas’ young men their lives. Then he said, and even though they knew the risks they still enlisted voluntarily by the millions because they saw it as a cause worth dying for. Most of those in his generation, he said, can’t imagine anything worth dying for and they’re committing suicide in record numbers because many can’t imagine anything worth living for.

He said, and I paraphrase, “Mr. Limbaugh, The Great Depression and WWII created terrible hardships. But I submit to you that the greatest hardship of all is living without hope.” Tom Marcum and I agree. It’s harder to develop character in affluence than it is hardship. All the more reason why young people need to see what Simeon saw:

My eyes have seen your salvation,
Which you have prepared in the sight of all people,
A light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel.

See You in Church or online this Sunday where we experience Jesus as the hope of our lives and the world.

Your Pastor,
Nels

CONGREGATIONAL CARE COMMITTEE

Setting the Tone for the Day

William Carter tells a story that happened a few years ago. A radio station ran a contest. Disc jockeys invited their listeners to tune in their clock radios. “Just for fun,” they said, “when you wake up to the sound of FM-106, call and tell us the first words you spoke when you rolled out of bed. If you’re the third caller, you’ll win $106.”

It didn’t take long for the contest to grow in enthusiasm. The first morning, a buoyant disc jockey said, “Caller number three, what did you say when you rolled out of bed this morning?” A groggy voice said, “Do I smell coffee burning?” Another day, a sleepy clerical worker said, “Oh no, I’m late for work.” Somebody else said her first words were, “Honey, did I put out the dog last night?” A muffled curse was immediately heard in the background, and then a man was heard to say, “No, you didn’t.” It was a funny contest and drew a considerable audience.

One morning, however, the third caller said something unusual. The station phone rang. “Good morning, this is FM-106. You’re on the air. What did you say when you rolled out of bed this morning?”

A voice with a Bronx accent replied, “You want to know my first words in the morning?”

The bubbly DJ said, “Yes, sir! Tell us what you said.”

The Bronx voice responded, “Shema, Israel … Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.” There was a moment of embarrassed silence. Then the radio announcer said, “Sorry, wrong number,” and cut to a commercial.

Try to remember. What did you say when you rolled out of bed today? Chances are, those words set the tone for the rest of the day. For the pious Jew the first words of each morning are always the same, and they were the words spoken that morning on FM-106. They were first spoken by Moses, who said, “Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Teach them to your children and talk about them when you lie down and when you rise” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7).

What tone will you set for yourself in the morning?

See you in Church or online this Sunday!

Your Pastor,
Nels

Stephen Ministry Corner

Summer 2025

Sometimes listening is just enough.

That’s what we do for you as a Stephen Minister. We just listen …

… to the good, the bad, the ugly … the heart wrenching, the offensive, the deep hurt, the fear, the worry … the loneliness, the feeling overwhelmed, the joyful feelings … the hate, the love, the anger … the discouragement, the insecurities, the powerlessness … the amazement, the optimism, the suspicions …

One of the first lessons in Stephen Ministry training is about feelings … It’s entitled “Feelings: Yours, Mine, and Ours.” It’s about the fact that feelings are God-Given. They are not opinions, they are not evaluations, they are not instruction or commands, they are not interpretations, and they are not something that comes from the head.

Feelings are our internal responses to life … as in “I’m happy” or “I’m Uneasy” or “I’m angry” … and they are PERSONAL … shaped by our unique personality and experiences. They are intended for our benefit and ARE MEANT TO BE EXPRESSED.

A Stephen Minister can offer a listening ear, maintaining confidentiality and providing a non-judgmental presence. Whether you need to talk, vent, scream, or cry, they will be there to listen with compassion.

So, help yourself deal with your feelings by allowing yourself the gift of time with a Stephen Minister. The meeting can be anywhere and anytime … you and your Stephen Minister decide how you want to proceed. We may be reached through the church office at (864) 852-2394.

WORSHIP WITH US – SUNDAYS AT 10AM

from Rev. C. Nels Ledwell

Are We a Welcoming Church?

David Wiggs shares this story about the Church.

A church member told this story: I saw him in the church building for the first time on Wednesday. He was in is mid-70’s with thinning silver hair and a neat brown suit.

Many times in the past I had invited him to come. Several other Christian friends had talked to him about the Lord and had tried to share the good news with him. He was well respected, honest, a man of good character. He acted much like a Christian would act, but he never came to church or professed Christ.

After I got to know him well and we had talked about a wide range of subjects I asked him if he had ever been to a church service. He hesitated. Then with a twisted grimace told me of an experience he had as a boy.

He was raised in a large family. His parents survived the depression but they struggled to provide food and clothing for the family. When he was around ten years old a friend invited him to go to church with his family.

He went – the Sunday School class was great. The songs were fun to sing and the stories, oh the great Bible stories, were exciting to hear. He had never heard anyone read from the Bible before. As class ended the teacher pulled him aside and said, “Son, please don’t come again dressed as you are now. We want to look our best when we come into God’s house.”

He looked down at his old hand me down overalls that were certainly worn and tattered. He thought about that for a moment and said softly, “No ma’am I won’t ever.” Then he looked at the church member and said, “And you know what… I never did.”

It was clear that he was done with that conversation. I am sure that the Sunday School teacher meant well and in fact was representing the feeling of the majority of the folks in that church. But what if, what if she had put her arms around the dirty little boy in the ragged overalls and said, “Son, I am thrilled that you came this morning and I hope you will come every chance you get to hear more about Jesus because he loves you so much.” Moreover what if she would have talked with her pastor or her friends in the church and mobilized a full blown outreach effort to help this family make ends meet.

What if that church would have thought, Whoever welcomes you welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. Or whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple will receive a great reward (v. 40 – 42)
The church member ended the story: Yes I saw him in the church house for the first time on Wednesday and I cried as I looked at the immaculately dressed old gentleman lying there in his casket. He was looking his best. But all I could think of were those words of an impressionable little ten-year-old boy echoing in my mind, “No ma’am I won’t ever.”

Are you ready to invite and welcome someone to Church this week?

See you in Church or online this Sunday!

Your Pastor,
Nels

News From Your MMC Lay Leader

With the flooding in Texas, we feel both sorrow and helpless. Why did this happen? What can we do to help find survivors? How can they go on?

These are big questions and of course I don’t have any big answers. But what I do have is faith in our prayers. In Psalms 143 David says in his desperate state,” I lift my hands to you in prayer.” Let’s concentrate on lifting our hands in prayer for those family members searching for
answers.
